Cancellation Policy

Plans change, and cancelling an appointment with Thames Appliance Repair is straightforward. Here is the notice we need and how to do it.

1. Notice we need

Please give us at least three business hours' notice before your appointment is due to start. Same-day appointments are the one exception: once booked, they cannot be cancelled.

2. How to cancel

A service call can only be cancelled with a live agent, who will give you a cancellation code over the phone to keep for your records.

3. Late cancellation fee

Not following this policy, including same-day cancellations or no-shows, results in a reduced service call fee of $125 CAD + applicable tax. Payment is due within 24 hours of the original appointment time.
